HI12 Private Pool, 2 Min to Beach, Ocean View

We arrived early to the house, I had spoken to the host about getting there early and she stated no problem it should be okay. The day we arrived the host turned her phone off and would not respond back. Very poor communication! The house was very nice, it needs bigger pans to cook with, an 8-inch pan isn't big enough for 14 guests, the refrigerator doesn't make ice very good, it's a nuisance. The inside cleaning could be done better, my grandkids found gum stuck under the stairs railing and found un-acceptable items in the couch. The cameras following your every movement outside is very annoying too. Not sure if we will be back to this property in the future.
